Professional Experience
Most elective and emergency operations commonly done in general surgery. These include operations for benign and malignant disease of the cheek, parotid, breast, esophagus, stomach, small and large intestine, rectum, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, kidneys, bladder and adrenals. Experience in endocrine surgery and surgery for male infertility. Laparoscopic surgery and in gastrointestinal endoscopies.
Area of special interest: gastrointestinal surgery. Portasystemic
shunts for portal hypertension, radical and palliative operations for
hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancers, procedures for biliary strictures,
surgery for acute pancreatitis and its complications, procedures for chronic
pancreatitis, procedures for ulcerative colitis. All gastrointestinal
emergencies as well as cancers.
